On our farm we give great importance to livestock farming ( geese, hens, ducks, capons, guinea-hens)
There is a small stable for cattle and pigs to guarantee excellent meat.
Last but not least , we are very proud of our homegrown vegetables as well as our fruit orchard which we obviously use for our delicious dishes.

The Estate is surrounded by acacie woods and chestnuts woods which provide precious honey traditionally processed. Our honey is not submitted to processes which may modify its natural composition.
